(This after-sales service letter is the after-sales service provided by Yosunda Microwave Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for the customers who purchase the equipment of the company. It is only valid for the customers who pay according to the contract, and the equipment warranty and free maintenance period is 12 months, calculated from the completion of equipment installation and commissioning.)


1. Quality assurance system:

According to the national GB/T 5959.6-2008 Safety Code for Industrial Microwave Heating Equipment: microwave leakage ≤ 5mw/mm2, our company"s microwave leakage ≤ 1mw/mm2.


2. Quality warranty period

The free warranty period of the microwave equipment of Shanghai Wolong Microwave Technology Co., Ltd. is 12 months from the date of the completion of the equipment manufacturing and the acceptance of the commissioning, and the full tracking service after the expiration of the period.


3. Services:

During equipment installation, send personnel to assist in service.
On-site commissioning: After the installation of the equipment, when the water, electricity and other peripheral conditions are available, the personnel shall be responsible for commissioning the equipment to make it reach the operating state.
Operation training: on-site microwave equipment operation technical training and basic maintenance operation training. During the warranty period, return visit the operation status irregularly every month to prevent and eliminate hidden trouble.
Emergency service: After receiving the user"s emergency service request, the company has a special sales and maintenance service center to provide 24 hours a day service for the majority of users.
Service objectives: prompt, friendly and considerate. Respond to the customer"s address within 12 hours after receiving the service call and arrive at the site within 48 hours. Regular accessories can be provided within 24 hours, and special accessories can be provided within 48 hours.
Regular service: user return visit rate and telephone visit rate beyond the warranty period, and implement product lifelong tracking service.

4. Status of spare parts:

The factory has sufficient spare parts of various specifications, which can enable users to obtain excellent and uniform price parts.


5. Training plan:

The factory has a user training base, training materials prepared by professionals, free training and free consultation. Theoretical training content: basic knowledge of microwave equipment operation; Microwave equipment structure and system knowledge; Cooling water and oil circuit management; Basic knowledge of electrical appliances; Microwave equipment operation and maintenance knowledge.
● On-site training content: introduction of main equipment structure, operation performance, specific operation procedure drill, maintenance and repair procedure drill, and on-site training to enable user operators to operate independently and handle simple faults. Technical training courses for microwave equipment operators are held regularly every year.
In addition, microwave drying oven, microwave extractor, vacuum microwave drying oven, etc. are all-in-one machines, which do not need to be installed and debugged. They have been inspected before delivery, and can be operated after being powered on.
