This equipment is applicable to the experimental device of water medium extraction process in the industries of traditional Chinese medicine, plants, food and chemical industry. The main tank and accessories are made of stainless steel at the contact with materials. The main tank is of jacket structure.
The microwave extractor is composed of microwave heating box, microwave generator, mechanical mixing mechanism, rack system, etc. It is easy to clean, acid and alkali resistant, the equipment has no blind angle, and does not react or absorb chemicals on materials, meeting the sanitary requirements of food safety machinery.
Microwave extraction is that high-frequency electromagnetic wave penetrates the extraction medium and reaches the inside of the extracted material. Microwave energy can be rapidly converted into heat energy to make the internal temperature of the cell rise rapidly. When the internal pressure of the cell exceeds the bearing capacity of the cell wall, the cell breaks, and the effective components in the cell flow out freely. The extracted material is obtained by dissolving in the extraction medium at a lower temperature and further filtering and separation. Under the action of microwave radiation, the components of the extracted material accelerate the diffusion to the interface of the extraction solvent, thus increasing the extraction rate several times, reducing the extraction temperature and improving the quality.
